Your Session Leader

Hi, I’m Kayleigh
Founnder of Teenie Rockets, mum of two, and the proud session leader for our Chelmsford classes. I created Teenie Rockets to give little ones (and their grown-ups!) a joyful space to bond, play and explore through music and sensory adventures. These sessions are close to my heart, and I love seeing the magic that unfolds each week as babies and toddlers grow in confidence. Whether you’re brand new to classes or returning for another term, I can’t wait to welcome you and your little star.
Your questions answered (FAQ)
Common questions
What age are the Teenie Rockets classes suitable for?
Our Chelmsford classes are suitable from birth up to around age 3. We offer different class types for newborns, active babies and toddlers — each one carefully designed to support their stage of development through music, sensory play and bonding.
What happens in a typical Teenie Rockets class?
Each class is a themed adventure packed with sensory play, music, lights and gentle movement. Expect bubbles, high-quality props, familiar tunes and a relaxed, welcoming group where you and your little one can enjoy special time together.
Do I need to book a full term?
Yes — spaces are booked in term blocks to provide consistency and help children settle and grow in confidence. You’re welcome to join part-way through a term if spaces are available.
Are the classes suitable for newborns?
Yes! Our Teenie Babies classes are designed especially for newborns. These gentle sessions focus on early sensory development, bonding and rhythm in a calm, supportive setting — perfect for your baby’s first experiences.
What should I bring to a Teenie Rockets class?
Just bring yourselves and your little one! You might want to pack a drink, a snack for afterwards, and any comfort items your child enjoys. We provide all the props, instruments and sensory resources you’ll need.
What if my child is feeling under the weather?
We kindly ask that children stay home if they are unwell — especially with contagious illnesses — so we can keep the group safe and comfortable for everyone. You can review our illness policy in your booking confirmation.
Are dads or other caregivers welcome?
Absolutely. We love seeing dads, grandparents, and other caregivers — everyone’s welcome.
Is the space breastfeeding-friendly?
Yes, pleas feed however you’re comfortable. We’ve designed the environment to feel relaxed and supportive.
